Market Exclusivity
In particular cases, FoolProof can award a exclusive franchise area to one credit union. In order to qualify for a franchise area, your credit union must agree to aggressively provide all FoolProof programs to the entire franchise area.
Exclusive franchise are only being considered in states where FoolProof does not have a relationship with a state credit union league or association.
